Seremedy was a swedish band belonging to Visual Kei style. The band began its activities on January, 2010 and they separated on April 15, 2012. They formed part of Ninetone Records & Universal Music.
The idea behind Seremedy was created until 2008 at Sundsvall, Sweden by Ray and Jenziih, but it took a year before the band got its final formation. Just six months after its formation, Seremedy gave its first international show in Moscow, Russia, and later that year played in UppCon: 10, one of the largest conventions in Scandinavia to popular culture in Asia.In July, the band appeared in the Japanese magazine CURE and released the song "Bulletproof Roulette" on the compilation album NEW AGE COLLECTIONS VOL.0 3, produced by the legendary artist Visual Kei, KENZI of (∀NTI FEMINISM).
Seremedy released its first single ''Bulletproof Roulette'' alll around the world on March 11, 2011, and reached the top 10 of iTunes. ''Season Will Change'' was released on April 13. On April 22, Seremedy was in Japan on its first foreign tour, called [Seasons Will Change] Tour '11. They played 8 concerts around Tokyo, Nagoya and Chiba, thus gaining a growing fan base in the Japanese visual scene. Seremedy played in the UpppCon:11 on June 4, openinfg for Versailles ~philarmonic quintet~ and released the same day the Japanese version of ''Bulletproof Roulette''. Seremedy played its first major concert at the Gateway Rock Festival on July and October, Seremedy embarked on its second tour of Japan, which started on the show at the V-Rock Festival and ended with its first One-Man show in Japan.
In early 2012 Seremedy began the official recordings of its first album 「Welcome to our MADNESS」. This was released in Japan on July 25 and August 8 in Sweden.
On 15 April the band announced via the official twitter account, they had decided to separate, due to musical differences between the members. Each member expressed their emotions separately in their respective cyber accounts. Currently the former members are developing their own projects.
